Fees and registration

Papers will be included in the conference proceedings and published on the IEEE Xplore only if ALL the requirements are fulfilled:
- Authors need to register, make payment, upload their papers and sign the copyright transfer form. There will be strictly no refund for registration withdrawal/cancellation but nomination of a substitute presenter will be allowed to secure distribution of the paper after the conference. Please contact Fusion 2014 secretariat at for such a request before 15th June 2014
- Only presented papers will be included.
- Authors have to make sure that their papers are compliant with IEEE publishing standards. Authors are to use the IEEE PDF eXpress to meet such requirements.
At least one of the authors of accepted papers must register by the final paper submission deadline (1st June 2014) for their paper to be included in the Conference Technical Program.
- Each regular registration covers two paper submissions. The fee of each additional paper submission is 315€.
- Each student registration covers one paper submission. The fee of each additional paper submission is 315€.
- No more than 4 papers can be uploaded by one author
Each paper should contain min 6 pages and preferably max 8 pages.
- The fee of each additional pages (up to 12) is 85€.
Papers that are included in the technical program must be presented for distribution through IEEExplore and ISIF web page after the conference.

The cost of additional ticket for gala dinner is 95€.
